Whether you’re experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you’re thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you!  About the role  Help leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You’ll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. 

  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft – whatever you and the children are into! 
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents 
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management 
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration 
  • About the School

    Help Lead a 104 place service at Aubin Grove primary school with an average attendance of 60 children split into a junior and senior group. With a great undercover area as well as an already setup wet area for the children to get the best out of their time. There is already an established and dedicated team of permanent and casual staff who have a great relationship with the schools management, parents and most importantly the children attending.

    Hours This role offers 32.5 hours per week!
