Our Pullman kitchen team is currently seeking a permanent part time  commis chef, with sustainable hours and NO SPLIT SHIFTS!

If you are a team player spirited with well-rounded experience that allows them to play in different areas / service periods. This position could progress to a permanent full time position for the right candidate.

  • What you will be doing:

  • Engaged in cooking, baking, pastry cooking or butchering duties.
  • Food preparation and presentation with flair for breakfast, lunch and dinner for A la Carte, room service, functions and buffet service.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment whilst ensuring a product of high quality and presentation standards.
  • Your experience and skills include:

  • Having completed and apprenticeship and/or achieved trade recognition a Commis Chef.
  • Creative and passionate about food and customer service
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to effectively manage time constrains
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
