Job Description

The Role

As Administration Manager, you will provide the business support necessary to the organisation and the Executive teams to ensure the smooth, efficient functioning of all divisions and the wider branch including:

  • Primary business support to the Administration and Executive team.
  • Executive Assistance to the CEO as and when required.
  • ASX reporting and announcement scheduling.
  • Assist in the preparation, onboarding and technology training of new hires into the business.
  • Manage and supervise the front of house staff.
  • Coordinating travel for employees and international directors
  • Oversee office functions to include but not limited to managing stationary orders, facilities maintenance
  • Conduct annual appraisals for front of house employees.
  • Manage and coordinate in planning and coordination of business events, branch functions and internal meetings.
  • Assist in the organisation and supervision of other office activities.
  • Oversee IT support services for the business including liaison with Service Provider.
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required
  • About you

    To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong administration experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
