Kaefer Integrated Services have an exciting opportunity for a HR Adviser to join our Perth team. This is an exciting time join our passionate team in People and Culture and work in a close knit and supportive team!

About the role

Supporting HR projects and initiatives

Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Preparing HR documentation such as contracts, general letters, employee variations

Position descriptions

Maintain the Learning Management System.

Coordinating national training sessions.

Contribute to other HR Projects & initiatives as required.

Provide support for HR projects as required.

About you

Ideally 1- 2 years’ experience in HR sector or Administration

HR Diploma – highly desirable

You may be a recent Graduate looking for your next step or be close to finishing your degree and looking to move into the workforce.

We work in a reactive/responsive fast-moving industry and therefor you need to be able to manage your working hours/days to best suit the needs of the industry/business.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously.

Be a quick learner and be able to learn Kaefer business culture and needs. 

Ability to exercise the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
