    Kaefer Integrated Services have an exciting opportunity for a HR Adviser to join our Perth team. This is an exciting time join our passionate team in People and Culture and work in a close knit and supportive team!

    About the role

  • Supporting HR projects and initiatives
  • Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing HR documentation such as contracts, general letters, employee variations
  • Position descriptions
  • Maintain the Learning Management System.
  • Coordinating national training sessions.
  • Contribute to other HR Projects & initiatives as required.
  • Provide support for HR projects as required.
  • About you

  • Ideally 1- 2 years’ experience in HR sector or Administration
  • HR Diploma – highly desirable
  • You may be a recent Graduate looking for your next step or be close to finishing your degree and looking to move into the workforce.
  • We work in a reactive/responsive fast-moving industry and therefor you need to be able to manage your working hours/days to best suit the needs of the industry/business.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Be a quick learner and be able to learn Kaefer business culture and needs. 
  • Ability to exercise the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
