About the role

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a Disclosure Specialist in our Brand, Marketing & Communications team, you will:

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate these into clear, concise, and effective high quality disclosure documents that are understood and enjoyed by stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the production process for disclosure documents, including the compliance, legal and verification processes.
  • Ensure document compliance and maintain service standards.
  • Analyse disclosure materials for implementation into content driven verification system.
  • Monitor and action changes to documents using various programs such as InDesign, Adobe Acrobat DC, and Keystone.

This role is available as a 12 month max-term/ secondment opportunity due to parental leave.  

 

We’re flexible with location provided you can attend our Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne office locations at least once a week. 

 

About you

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in financial services.
  • Ability to interpret legal and insurance documentation and opinions, and to analyse information.
  • Planning, analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external).
