With growth set to continue across our Agribusiness team nationally, we are looking for Agribusiness Transactions experts to join our team across the Eastern Seaboard. We have opportunities ranging from Executive through to Associate Director available in our Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne offices.

Reporting to the Head of Agribusiness | Transaction Services, the appointed agents will assume key roles in the development and implementation of sales campaigns for a range of agricultural assets including cotton, grain, sheep/wool, beef cattle and permanent plantings horticulture.

The scope of the role will include:

  • Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for the Colliers Agribusiness team.
  • Build and maintain strong visible relationships with regional contacts by maintaining a high level of market presence in our marketplace, using media mentions and consistent vendor paid advertising with exclusive appointments.
  • Analysing the sale of properties and client’s probability & potential of Agribusiness going to market timelines.
  • A strong importance of driving internal relationships between Collier’s product lines via referrals both ways. This will ensure information transfer and opportunities between divisions with referral income tracked and encouraged.
  • Preparation of marketing submissions, client progress reports on campaigns & sales agency agreements that are at high standard with a focus on details.
  • Qualifications

    You must be a licenced real estate agent in the relevant State you are applying in to be considered for this role. Ideally you will have a track record in rural property sales or advisory, however related sales experience in dealing with rural clients from a banking or agribusiness operational background will also be considered.
