  • Maintaining full operational requirements – MHE, racking, docks, refrigeration plant temperature monitoring and logs, buildings and grounds
  • Accountability for controlling costs for the P&L and communicating overspends with National Facilities Manager
  • Developing people to meet both their career and organisational goals
  • Dedication to meeting the expectations & requirements of internal and external customers
  • To be successful, you will have:

  • 10 years plus experience in a similar role (industry experience is preferable)
  • Qualifications in either trade, safety or engineering or equivalent technical experience
  • Experience leading teams
  • Exceptional administration & IT skills (MS Office, MEX etc)
  • Experience with Maintenance Management Software
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A proven track record of customer service, problem solving and positively influencing outcomes
  • What’s exciting about this opportunity?

You can look forward to working with one of the most respected leaders in our Australian business who will provide you with the benefit of his experience, wisdom and humour! In addition, you can play an important role in making this a great place to work – we believe everyone has the right to work in a safe and respectful environment – and while this is everyone’s responsibility, one of our key values is servant leadership and that’s where you come in. Performance comes from engagement, which comes from great leadership.

We also have incredible growth plans to support your long-term growth aspirations, access to training programs for both you and your team and a commitment to do our utmost to help you continue to be a great leader.
