Melbourne Fresh Distribution Centre (MFDC) is a professional and state-of-the-art facility located in Truganina, Victoria. We serve as a vital link within the Woolworths Victorian supply chain network, providing a chilled environment for the consolidation of all fresh produce lines including fruit & vegetables, dairy, seafood and meat. Our goal is to ensure that our products reach the Victoria network in the freshest and fastest manner possible.

Cold Storage DC Storeperson – Melbourne Fresh Distribution Centre

ADC Storeperson at MFDC can be described as a “shelf-diving ninja” who expertly navigates the warehouse aisles and quickly locates items for orders, always striking fast and with precision to keep the distribution centre running smoothly.

Weoperate in a 24/7, 2 degree environment all year round

We offer a range of shifts including day, afternoon, night, and weekend hours

Full-time (38 hours per week) and part-time (minimum 18 hours per week) positions

On-the-job and online training

Company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is supplied

Team members receive discounts across the Woolworths Group, including supermarkets and Big W.

A day as a DC Storeperson is filled with excitement and opportunity! 

You’ll get to pi c k and prep a re orders for delivery to our fantastic network of stores, all while operating top-of-the-line manual handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner. 

Not only that, but you’ll also play a key role in keeping our warehouse sparkling clean and organised, which helps us maintain a high level of productivity and teamwork.

It’sa day filled with fun, hard work, anda sense of accomplishment as we strive to provide top-notch service and accuracy.

About you:

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take on new challenges and make a real impact in our warehouse and logistics operations! 

You’ll have the chance to work withcutting-edge voice picking and pick packing technology, while also receiving top-notch training in all aspects of the operation, such as despatch, receiving, inventory, hauling, and loading. 

The ideal candidate will have some warehouse or logistics experience, but most importantly, you’ll bring a positive attitude, a great work ethic, and a sense of fun to the team. 

Day shift must be available to work Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

Afternoon shift must be available to work Friday and Saturday

Night shift must be available to work Friday & Saturday (a current forklift licence is essential)
