About the role

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Concierge desk ensuring the promotion of position guest relations and a welcoming environment.

Supervise and add value to the activities of all team members by providing leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction.

Ensure guest complaints are minimised by handling in a timely and professional manner

Create a positive work environment that facilitates team member motivation, builds morale and teamwork.

About You

Current Bell Captain experience looking to step into a leadership role!

Previous experiences in hospitality or guest service supervisor / management role is desirable.

Outstanding passion to deliver excellent guest service

Opera Property Management System (PMS) experience or similar

Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous

Highly motivated to work in a well-established industry
