About the role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Concierge desk ensuring the promotion of position guest relations and a welcoming environment.
  • Supervise and add value to the activities of all team members by providing leadership to ensure maximum productivity and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure guest complaints are minimised by handling in a timely and professional manner
  • Create a positive work environment that facilitates team member motivation, builds morale and teamwork.
  • About You

  • Current Bell Captain experience looking to step into a leadership role!
  • Previous experiences in hospitality or guest service supervisor / management role is desirable.
  • Outstanding passion to deliver excellent guest service
  • Opera Property Management System (PMS) experience or similar
  • Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous
  • Highly motivated to work in a well-established industry
