Administration Lead

Job Description

  • Upcoming construction project in Darwin
  • Open to local Darwin resident or someone willing to relocate 
  • Permanent role, site uplift included

THE ROLE

  • Oversee project rostering and ensure resource schedules are maintained
  • Mobilise and demobilise subcontractors and ensure all documentation is valid 
  • Manage external and internal resources and ensure intranet and software systems are being used effectively
  • Identify, report and communicate any areas of improvement and cost-savings to the Project Manager
  • Ensure admin systems, policies, procedures, templates and forms are consistently up to date
  • Assemble, coordinate and implement turnover packages with completion/ start-up/ commissioning teams 
  • Prepare written weekly and monthly reports, statistics and presentations.

ABOUT YOU

You have a relevant qualification in administration i.e. Cert 4 or similar, extensive construction industry experience, and a thorough understanding of document management systems with advanced computer skills.

A strong commercial acumen, articulate communication, accurate reporting and planning skills will see you flourish in this role.
