The position of Recruitment Consultant is a highly regarded and vital role within our organisation, the position comes with varied responsibilities and objectives.

Recruitment Consultant  
Work closely with the Recruitment team within KE Select to provide recruitment consultancy services to a host of current key accounts as well as new and old client accounts with the Life Science sector. Displaying optimal commitment, productivity and motivation within your team, whilst always contributing to and developing an active pool of candidate, both locally and internationally. The role will allow you to utilise your scientific technical knowledge to consult with clients and candidates who are coming from some of the world’s largest and leading manufacturers / service providers within the Life Science Sector.

Key Responsibilities ;

Client attraction strategies and quality lead generation within the Scientific job market (ANZ)

Candidate sourcing strategies and market analysis

Marketing and advertising campaign management

Key Account Management and Strategic Account Consultancy

Business Development and revenue growth, working with your own portfolio

Working with our Management team to set personal targets and goals

Work with the team to become a trusted advisor within the Life Science team for all matters relating to recruitment systems, philosophies, values, processes and procedures.

Compiling detailed job briefs for advertising

Creating targeted advertising and launching the ad across various online platforms

Performing candidate screening and interviews

Compiling and sending / following up on application submissions

General administration and upkeep of KE Select CRM System

Further administration including reference checking and ensuring that all due diligence has been performed and up to date for all contractors operating under the Scientific Team.

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a driven, business mineded Life Science professional who is passionate about delivering a specialised recruitment service whilst partnering with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You’ll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to eventually, successfully work with senior client stakeholders within the Life Science market.

Good commercial acumen and market knowledge within the Scientific industry

A strong strategic mindset

Able to be flexible enough to travel out to client sites and occasionally interstate.
