Due to our continued growth, NRW Holdings has an exciting newopportunity for an experienced Blue Collar Recruitment Advisor to join our team. Reporting tothe Recruitment Team Lead, you will be a highly organisedindividual who will thrive working under pressure and delivering todeadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of service andattention to detail.

To be considered for this position as a RecruitmentAdvisor you must possess the following as a minimum:

  • Experience in high volume blue collar recruitment in the Civil and Mining sectors
  • A proven understanding of recruitment processes such as advertising, screening, and interviewing
  • Proven ability to multitask, problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
  • A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer literacy including, MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
  • As a Recruitment Advisor; you will be responsible forbut not limited to:

  • Undertaking end to end recruitment for blue collar roles for our Civil and Mining Projects
  • Managing the recruitment process including advertising, screening and interviewing of candidates
  • Working closely with Management and Project teams throughout the on-boarding process to provide support and guidance as required
  • Overseeing the onboarding process of employees such as: reference checks, booking medicals and inductions, collection of payroll information, and issuing employee contracts
  • Providing accurate recruitment reports, progress updates and forecasts to the Project teams and Recruitment Team Lead
  • Supply accurate data for recruitment and human resources statistics and reports and provide insight on market conditions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
