BIS are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to support our Eastern recruitment team to assist with the onboarding of new employees for our Eastern operations. This is a full time position on offer for the successful candidate.

The role:

  • Assist recruiters with the collection of onboarding documentation of new employees.
  • Organise and coordinate medical appointments including Coal Board Medicals, Order 43s, and Preemployment Medicals.
  • Liaise with site administrators, managers to ensure all site requirements new starters at site are completed. 
  • Drafting of various types of employment contracts.
  • Work in close partnership with Eastern Site Administrators to ensure smooth onboarding/mobilisation. 
  • Requirements for the role:

  • You have previous administration experience and background (preferably within recruitment) 
  • You are reliable, trustworthy and able to work unsupervised or within a team environment,
  • Are able to interact with a variety of internal stakeholders from various backgrounds, 
  • You possess the ability to be flexible, and adjust competing priorities to meet required outcomes. 
  • As with all roles in the resource sector the successful candidate will have to go through a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen.
