About the Company

Abano Healthcare Group is the operator of one of the largest trans-Tasman dental groups, with a team of over 2000 across 250+ practices that make up “Maven Dental” and “1300SMILES Dentists” in Australia, “Lumino The Dentists” and “Bupa Dental” in New Zealand. This role is based in our Southbank Head office and has flexible working arrangements of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

You will be responsible for managing high volume practice support recruitment activities throughout Australia. This is a full 360 Internal recruitment role.
 
A snapshot of what you will be doing   

• Fast paced 360 recruitment for our practice support staff – Dental Assistants, Receptionists and Practice Managers, which includes writing and posting job ads, resume screening, phone screening, candidate presentation, administration and employment contract preparation.
• Build strong relationship with our Practice Leaders and Regional Managers to provide guidance and support across all recruitment activities and initiatives
• Implement strong modern sourcing strategies, talent pooling and social networking to attract and maintain a database of experience candidates for current and future growth roles.

What does a successful candidate look like and need to have?

You can work autonomously but also as part of a wider Recruitment and HR team. Your natural working style will be fast-paced and flexible with ability to get things done in a result orientated environment. You strive to provide exceptional customer service and over-deliver in everything you do.
  
Skills and Experience   

• Previous recruitment experience preferred – but not essential.
• Highly organised and systematic
• Ability to proactively manage a large workload
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Creativity and ability to think outside of the box
• Ability to plan multiple priorities and manage differing stakeholder needs
• Strong influential and resolution skills
