Join a market leading Retail Property Management Division Work with one of Australia’s most prominent retail property owners Brisbane | Land of the Turrbal people We have an exciting opportunity to lead our content team in Retail Property Management. Working across our shopping centres throughout Australia on behalf of our clients, the individual will provide vital strategic guidance to maximize the performance of their shopping centres through innovative and creative content on our digital channels. Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, this position requires management skills to lead your direct reports to achieve proven content and digital marketing results in exchange for department ownership and an opportunity to make the role your own. It offers a unique opportunity to combine content creation knowledge along with prior digital analytical expertise in order to act as an account manager and collaborate with the wider centre management teams and clients. Ideally to be successful in this role you will need to be highly motivated to hit targets, an enthusiastic team player and be able to demonstrate superior communication and interpersonal skills, in return for full creative freedom over the content presence of the shopping centres. Account Management skills are also highly desirable to focus on process driven efficiencies between clients and internal departments to meet performance indicators. Your duties would include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with clients and departments to provide conceptual guidance.
  • Provide guidance to your direct reports for execution of content (in-house videography, graphic design and digital) 
  • Ensuring internal processes are followed to achieve effectiveness
  • Ensure effective and engaging social media content strategies across platforms 
  • Develop strategies for analysing how content strategy supports digital marketing strategies (including Google and Facebook Ads, paid and organic). 
  • Develop and implement performance improvement and optimisation initiatives
  • Develop business development opportunities to deliver increased sales objectives for your department
  • Develop initiatives to grow Centre databases 
  • Devise new customer engagement initiatives around key client campaigns
  • Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience leading individuals 
  • Demonstrated knowledge/experience of analytical programs to determine effectiveness of content strategies. For example, but not limited to Google Analytics, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Pixels and Ads Manager
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage client requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys a fast-paced work environment
  • Overall passion for digital marketing, social media and content marketing
  • Qualifications in Marketing (desirable)
