Our client is a leading provider of high-quality windows and doors for commercial and residential projects across Canberra and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the construction or building industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
