Chef De Partie | Mei Wei

We are currently looking for a hard-working, highly dedicated and organised  Chef de Partie  to join our Mei Wei restaurant. You will be given the responsibility of supporting the Sous Chef and assisting the team to always ensure consistency in high-quality product and service standards.

Offering the flawlessly packaged vessel of flavour which is a humble dumpling, the menu provides a delicious assortment of dumplings and wok dishes. Equipped with an open kitchen, our culinary team showcases hawker-style dishes and the process of making dumplings for our guests to see right before their eyes. We guarantee all guests will walk away satisfied!

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Certificate in Commercial Cookery is required
• Previous experience in a 5-star environment or large restaurant
• Asian cookery is a must preferably in Cantonese or Chinese cuisine
• Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
• Full working rights to commit to 40 hours per week on a rotating roster that can include afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
