ABOUT THE ROLE:

Due to an internal promotion, the HR Administration team has an opening. Reporting to the HR Services Team Leader, you will be the first point of contact for HR queries whilst supporting the administration of activities across the employee lifecycle.

  • 2x Full time permanent position
  • 1x Part time permanent postiion
  • Based in Richmond/WFH
  • Processing of job advertisements, creation of contracts of employment, onboarding new employees, employee record management and employment variations
  • Maintain compliance related data including police checks and visas 
  • Liaise with managers and new starters across the organisation 
  • Ideal entry level/graduate role to commence your HR career in a fast paced environment whilst being part of a supportive and collaborative team. 
  • ABOUT YOU:

    The ideal candidate will be motivated and have proven administration experience in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Well-developed administration skills including strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritise and manage a high volume of work
