To facilitate this transition and build a workforce that will see Altrad develop into a tier one contractor, we are seeking a seasoned National Talent Acquisition Manager to provide support and mentorship to our existing team of talented and hard-working Recruitment team.
This is a full-time permanent position, currently based centrally in the Perth CBD , and relocating to stunning new offices in Subiaco in April 2023.
About the role
Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to review and improve recruitment procedures, provide strategic talent acquisition support, develop strong internal stakeholder relationships to facilitate their talent pipelines, monitoring performances and be the subject matter expert for all resourcing issues to ensure we meet our key manning requirements. Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Manage and support a team of both green and established recruiters, administrators and mobilisation personnel dedicated to project divisions Develop and execute company’s strategy regarding talent pipelines and ensure recruitment strategies exist to deliver key personnel requirements within budget Manage the company’s image as a successful employer in the external contractor market (EVP) ensuring attraction of quality candidates Manage a variety of innovative sourcing channels, including but not limited to online, employee referral programs and community partnerships Manage the maintenance of existing effective and efficient Recruitment and Rostering Management System Continually assess all sourcing processes per project and check points to maintain consistent alignment with compliance policies and organisational values Provide accurate activity reports to the business The successful applicant will be highly organised, results driven and have previously managed large teams across a varied projects and maintenance environments as well as bring experience developing strategies to further develop workforce engagement. Your proven ability to react effectively in a fast-paced environment and work on your feet will see you succeed in this role About you
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Recruitment Management or Talent Acquisition Manager position Experience working within a multidisciplinary contractor environment specifically with the construction and maintenance industries – Resource Sector experience desirable Be a problem solver – outside the box thinker – ability to multitask priorities A flare for strategy, innovation, and modernisation High attention to detail Prior experience with overseeing acquisitions will be highly regarded Strong relationship building and communication skills What We Offer:
