ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders within the store and across the business to co-ordinate facilities management, administration tasks and WHS.

  • Perform and supervise all tasks related to cash management
  • Advocate of WHS to support a safe environment for workers, contractors and customers
  • Ensuring completion and maintenance of documentation, minutes to meetings and training records
  • Support company initiatives related to sustainability
  • Coordinate required contractor services within the store
  • Overseeing facilities contractors to ensure a safe and clean environment for our customers to shop and our people to work
  • Work with the team to ensure we deliver seamless service to every customer
  • Ensure our customers are the central consideration of all decisions, processes and procedures
