Assignment

Processing of sales listing agreements including coordination of marketing, advertising, and promotional materials for the properties

Processing of sales offers, contract management, and coordinating the process through to settlement

Database management

Liaising with prospective sellers/buyers, settlement agents, contractors, etc

Coordinating appraisals and listings

Attending properties to coordinate marketing, photographers, staging, and virtual tours

Coordinating viewings, monitoring enquiries, and executing contracts

Temp to perm opportunity

Dates: Immediate start for a few week assignment
