JOB DESCRIPTION

An amazing opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Sales and Marketing team with us at Novotel Surfers Paradise in Surfers Paradise. Ideally this role may suit someone returning to work or someone wanting to work part time hours.

You’ll be guaranteed 25 hours per week, in this part-time position.

  • Monday – Friday or
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday –
  • In your new role you will report into our Director of Sales and Marketing, where you will be preparing proposals, contracts, addendums and other documentation on behalf of the sales team.

    What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring all quotes and contracts are recorded correctly in the CRM system
  • Creation of supporting sales documents utilising current templates
  • Detailed data entry
  • Qualifying incoming phone calls and liaise with clients via phone and email on behalf the sales team.
  • Producing daily and weekly reports
  • Processing payments
  • Creating invoices
  • Assisting the sales team with site inspections, familiarisations and tradeshows
  • What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with the following systems will be highly regarded: Delphi Sales Force, Opera PMS and or ANAIS
  • Recent experience in the Events and or high volume, fast paced, results orientated business environments
  • The proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and expert Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Publisher and MS PowerPoint skill set
  • A vibrant personality, who’s professional and always well-presented
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
