About the Role

:

Manage all day to day store operations

Achieving sales, shrinkage & wage budgets

Training and developing your team & creating development plans for career progression

Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided throughout the store

Motivating your team to achieve results

Recruiting and training new team members

All staff rostering

About you:

Experience in leading large teams 20 +

Experience in working with large stock volume

Ability to work in fast paced environment

Experience in Visual Merchandising

Proven ability in mentor & coach your team

Exceptional customer service skills

What’s on offer:

Salary from $65K + Super

Quarterly Profit Share

6/4 roster with rotating weekends off
