Join Francis Luzinier, our French Executive Chef with over twenty years culinary experience from around the globe. He has spent many years throughout Europe, Asia and Australia developing his skills and is now focused on creating the next generation of Culinary Leaders.

Pullman is a five-star hotel, with two kitchens, which look after SALT Restaurant, Executive Club Lounge, In Room Dining and a growing conference and events department.

Who are you?

You are a qualified chef with experience in a similar level, leading the pass and the team, wanting to build a career with Accor hotels. 

You are happy to work different service times, being flexible with availability including mornings, evenings, weekdays and weekends. 

You are a people person, and understand that good working relationships and teamwork are key ingredients to every mouth-watering plate of food that leaves the kitchen
