About the Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and customer-centric individual to join our growing ASA team! If you are someone who has the natural ability to build rapport with others, then this may be the role for you!

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as the first point of contact for all ASA visitors to our Osborne Park office. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Efficiently and professionally greet all visitors to ASA
  • Management of meeting rooms calendar and provide assistance with the room set up, as required.
  • Manage incoming calls to the general enquiries line, respond to client queries and make outbound calls as required.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and other items and correspondence.
  • Manage ASA travel and accommodation bookings, collate invoices, and report on spend.
  • Log maintenance issues on the Building Management portal and respond to contractor queries.
  • Manage the Pool Car bookings and organise servicing and cleaning, as required.
  • Undertake a fortnightly stocktake of the stationery, PPE, consumables, and order as required.
  • Provide administration support to the Team Leaders and Manager, as required.
  • This role is available in either a  Full-time or Part-Time  capacity. This is a  Maximum Term Contract  ending June 2023 that is available for immediate commencement.

    You will be an organised and proactive individual who is able to demonstrate good initiative. You will be an outstanding communicator who is able to foster positive working relationships and build trust and rapport rapidly.

    You will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers to ensure an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritise and manage tasks
  • The ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
  • Driven and self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems as they arise
  • Police Clearance
