About the role
Recruitment of high-volume numbers, whilst being able to manage an end-to-end recruitment process which will include various client approval systems Utilising cost effective and strategic planning to source suitable candidates Providing a high level of customer service to candidates and talent pools Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders daily to ensure the supply of personnel is being met in the required time frames Maintain personnel records, ensure information contained in personnel file is current and comprehensive and complies with statutory record keeping requirements Liaise with Altrad’s Training Facility to ensure all pre-mobilisation training requirements are met Maintaining and utilising internal recruitment databases and social media accounts i.e. LinkedIn, SEEK and Facebook. About you
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an internal Blue-Collar Recruitment role preferably in a maintenance or shutdown environment Experience working within a contractor or labor hire environment, preferably on major projects and on-going maintenance operations Experience using internal recruitment and mobilisation systems Accustomed to a busy fast paced and ever-changing environment Well organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities High attention to detail and strong communication skills with stakeholders across all levels Ability to use initiative to get the job done Resilient and tenacious attitude.
