  • About the role

  • Recruitment of high-volume numbers, whilst being able to manage an end-to-end recruitment process which will include various client approval systems
  • Utilising cost effective and strategic planning to source suitable candidates
  • Providing a high level of customer service to candidates and talent pools
  • Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders daily to ensure the supply of personnel is being met in the required time frames
  • Maintain personnel records, ensure information contained in personnel file is current and comprehensive and complies with statutory record keeping requirements
  • Liaise with Altrad’s Training Facility to ensure all pre-mobilisation training requirements are met
  • Maintaining and utilising internal recruitment databases and social media accounts i.e. LinkedIn, SEEK and Facebook.
  • About you

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an internal Blue-Collar Recruitment role preferably in a maintenance or shutdown environment
  • Experience working within a contractor or labor hire environment, preferably on major projects and on-going maintenance operations
  • Experience using internal recruitment and mobilisation systems
  • Accustomed to a busy fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Well organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills with stakeholders across all levels
  • Ability to use initiative to get the job done
  • Resilient and tenacious attitude.
