Seeking an experienced Marketing lead/Specialist for a 3-month temporary role in Sydney CBD. 

As this is a temporary role, we are seeking candidates who can confidently ‘jump’ into the role and provide support with developing and creating Marketing campaigns and strategies inline with business goals and objectives. This will be a collaborative role where you will partner with multiple stakeholders and business leaders with optimising marketing campaigns and reviewing their success.

Duties within the role will include: 

Ensure internal communications are executed and delivered meeting business requirements. 

Plan and implement marketing campaigns

Take the lead on campaign analytics and optimisations to improve campaign performance and discover improvements for future campaigns.

Run digital marketing and social media campaigns.

Actively manage relationships and coordinate with creative, copy writing and external client stakeholders. 

Use a wide range of marketing software, including marketing automation, design, social media, data,reporting, CRM, CMS and eDM software.

Undertake other duties as required by your manager or their delegate. 

About you: 

Previous experience in campaign management and implementation 

Previous experience in professional/financial services would be highly regarded 

Experience developing Websites – ideally WordPress, social media and search experience (paid and organic).

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign.

Reporting and analytical skills to be able to measure campaign results.

Experience developing marketing copy

Experience in the design and coordination of both internal and external communications strategies and media content

Stakeholder management skills
