Job Description
We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager for Australia for an exciting new role joining the HelloFresh Growth Team based in our Chippendale, Sydney Campus.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Growth Partnerships, your focus is to profitably grow the Affiliate and B2B channels in Australia, for the HelloFresh and EveryPlate brands.You will be responsible for driving growth and ROI of one of our largest customer conversion channels for HelloFresh and EveryPlate.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, a strong negotiator, creative, a savvy relationship builder and can think strategically to identify opportunities to grow and innovate.

Shape the long term affiliate and B2B strategy by researching market trends, analyzing data and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Grow customer conversions and ROI by: Identifying and recruiting high value Affiliate and B2B partners and effectively negotiating exposure and commission structures with partners Strengthening relationships and optimizing existing partner performance by identifying and executing multiple initiatives (e.g., tenancy/high exposure placements, pay-out/commission structure, discount and creative strategy; landing page optimisation) Nurture and strengthen relationships with high value Affiliate and B2B partners through end to end accountability (from recruitment to performance optimsation) Own the relationship with our main Affiliate agency fostering a strong and collaborative working relationship, whilst maintaining accountability to KPIs Conduct thorough data and performance analysis for the channel to surface and problem solve any key challenges and opportunities for growth Own budgeting process (incl. Forecasting and performance tracking) and proactively suggest investment opportunities/ revisions to forecasts to ensure achievement of conversion and ROI targets Represent and elevate HelloFresh within the ANZ affiliate industry, building a network of productive and fruitful relationships You have…
2-5 years of experience in the Australia/New Zealand Affiliate Industry with established industry and publisher relationships. This includes: Comprehensive knowledge of the Affiliate landscape and tracking platforms (e.g., Impact Radius) Experienced in media buying and large scale budget handling An understanding of all types of Affiliate verticals and reward models Bachelor or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Management or Finance Data-driven approach to decision making and a logical way of working Experience collaborating using Powerpoint (Google slides), Excel (google sheets) and other Google platforms Comprehensive understanding and use of Google sheets/excel functions You are…
