As such, this senior role is a key part of the Jacobs ANZ Digital Solutions plan and will be pivotal in engaging our clients and internal specialists to understand and support their aspirations in a range of sectors including Transport, Water, Power and Health.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

You’ll be part of a collaborative ANZ Digital Advisory team offering a full range of Digital Solutions including Geospatial Solutions, Data Capture, Intelligent Systems, Data and Digital Advisory and Product Development. A Senior Associate in the Digital Advisory Team, you’ll develop large scale business outcomes, providing critical strategic and tactical advice to enable our clients to fulfil their business goals. This will often involve the exploitation of data and information to provide improved social, environmental, and economic outcomes. We’re open to this role working from any ANZ Jacobs office and looking for someone with the following:

  • Previous Digital Advisory experience leading and developing activities in the following areas: business objectives, outcomes and requirements identification, current state documentation, maturity assessment, current and future state, gap analysis, solution option identification and strategy and improvement roadmaps.
  • Ability to demonstrate expert domain knowledge in areas such as the following: Smart Cities, Digital Twins, connected supply chain, intelligent/digital utilities, IT/OT, V2X and IoT platforms.
  • Adept at managing client relationships and project delivery, including responding to proposals, workshop facilitation, solution design, business case and strategy development.
  • Proactively coaches and mentors team members to be part of a high performing team
  • Creative and solution minded, utilising data and business analysis to generate unique client solutions.
  • Relevant Tertiary Degree with a continuous learning mindset.
