Join a community-based team located in the beautiful Latrobe Valley in regional Victoria, only 2 hours away from the city of Melbourne!

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation committed to providing high-quality care through their clinical expertise and experience. As the Nursing Unit Manager of this Aged Care facility, you will be responsible for all aspects of clinical care and services ensuring exceptional levels of care and support are provided at all times.

The Role  

• Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
• Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a medium-sized Aged Care facility in the regional Victoria, 2 hours from Melbourne
• Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager to ensure all clinical tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner
• Assist with creating care plans for residents
• Assist in roster management with the Facility Manager

Requirements/Skills

• Current AHPRA registration
• Full Australian Working Rights
• Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in Aged Care
• Registered Nursing qualification
