We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team based in Welshpool WA. This role is for someone that likes a fast-paced environment with a passion for delivering the best customer service.

As part of your role , you will provide customers with product and technical support via face to face, phone, or processing orders that come through via email.

You will be part of a team of 10 and will be reporting to the Branch Manager.

Your role:

Provide customer service- counter and phone

Process orders via phone and email

Support a diverse customer base in providing product support

Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support

Liaise with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required

What you need:

Mechanical aptitude (hydraulics hose and fittings / Driveline experience prefered)

Ability to take the lead in delivering sales growth

Strong technical skills and problem solving

Experience in customer service 

Computer literacy at an intermediate level
