Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the success and growth of your sales region by generating and closing leads effectively.

Meet with prospective and existing customers to confidently differentiate CUTERA’s technology from competition.

Cultivate early customer relationships for all CUTERA products through onsite visits that provide staff with insights and training on how to optimize their investment.

Work autonomously to manage and grow all aspects of sales in your region.

Participate in weekly team sales call plus 3-5 weekly phone calls with General Manager (call objectives clearly outlined), including weekly sales funnel review.

Submit weekly call planners to General Manager.

Meet & exceed QTRLY sales targets.

SalesForceDotCom (SFDC):

Update SFDC daily, provide complete sales funnel information in SFDC.

Generate leads through multiple mechanisms (, workshops, cold visits, other).

Provide complete sales funnel information in SFDC and be able to report accurately to your General Manager.

All qualified leads and beyond entered SFDC.

Complete reasons and solutions provided for wins and losses

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 5+ years’ capital equipment experience and/or strong business-to-business and/or medical device sales experience.

Dermatology sales experience a plus.

Proven successful sales track record required with documented success.

Ability to create and sustain a rolling sales pipeline.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience with or similar system required.

Candidates must reside in Perth, WA.

Positive attitude and ability to drive the sales process with perspective customers.

Have a valid passport & current Driver’s Licence.

Have experience working towards targets and KPI’s.

Have proven competency on ZOOM or other similar technology platforms.

Be able to travel interstate to attend training/meetings as required.

Be able to work weekends as required.
