Job Description

This dealership is part of a growing privately owned group, that has been going from strength to strength. They have a mixture of excellent brands, multiple sites and have growth plans in place, which will see them become the major operator in the area. Due to an internal restructure, this high-earning role is available now!

This role will see you focusing on the new car sales activities across all of the dealerships brands, which are currently producing sales in excess of 300 units per month. The departments have experienced Sales Managers and the position will require you to focus on performance at both a macro and micro level. Responsibilities will include marketing, sales training, staff development, budgeting and more.

To be successful in your application you must have experience as either a , or as a New Car Sales Manager in a high-volume, multi-franchise operation. You will need to possess exceptionally good communication skills, have a thorough understanding of the road to a sale, and be able to build, train and motivate a diverse sales team. Make no mistake, the right Manager in this role will be able to attain a very good level of earning, which will equal or surpass their larger city counterparts!

The chosen candidate for this role will receive a generous remuneration package comprising a retainer plus vehicle, super and incentives.
