We currently have a great opportunity for a several experienced and qualified Electricians to join our team in Artarmon, NSW.

You will be working 12 hour shifts on a rotating roster with 4 days on 4 days off day & night shift.

The key responsibilities of this role will include: (but not limited to)

  • Providing safe, effective and timely electrical maintenance to our equipment and ancillaries to optimise plant operational capacity.
  • Safe execution of all electrical maintenance.
  • Maintain statutory electrical inspections and records as required by the company.
  • Accurate completion of fault finding and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Complete Inspections to identify faults and raise quality notifications in internal systems for repair.
  • Abiding by all company OHS standards and site safety rules.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • NSW Electrical License
  • Have at least 3+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Certificate IV Instrumentation and HV switching desirable, but not essential
  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Exposure to mining, heavy industry or manufacturing environments.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem solving abilities.
  • Tickets such as Confined Space and Work at Heights are desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong safety mindset and ability to drive safety culture initiatives.
  • Intermediate to strong computer literacy.
