Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service & attending to all executive floor guests. You will meet and greet customers whilst ensuring the presentation of the lounge upholds 5 star standards, including maintaining stock levels and cleaning the lounge, both front and back of house.

We are specifically looking for people who have:

  • A good knowledge of The Star Gold Coast facilities
  • A passion for & commitment to delivering exceptional guest experience
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • Flexible availability for work, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience working independently & as part of an energetic, hands on team
  • A current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
