We welcome an experienced and passionate Administration Assistant to join our dedicated team to work between our Altona North and Fitzroy North Homes.

About the role
As the Administration Assistant , you will support the primary Administration Officers with prospective residents, families, staff, and suppliers. You will be pivotal to providing exceptional customer and administrative service to internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

Assisting with the management of resident admissions, discharges, queries or concerns

Assisting with the management of human resources, including staffing and education within the Home

Take reasonable care to protect the health and safety of themselves, colleagues, and others in the workplace

Deliver exceptional customer services to stakeholders

Work collaboratively as a team and contribute to team goals

Things that matter to us

Understanding of AN-ACC accreditation standards (desired)

Working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards

Up-to-date Vaccinations (COVID-19 and Influenza)

National Police Check

NDIS Check

Proof of eligibility to work in Australia

Advanced interpersonal and communication skills 

Strong administration and time management skills, and tech savvy
