About & Culture 
Operating out of unbelievably stunning offices in a prime location, this high-profile client is the true expert in their industry. With incredibly supportive management and fun collaborative culture, they are now seeking a receptionist to join their busy team. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering and transferring all incoming calls
  • Greeting clients, preparing and serve any refreshments as required
  • Managing meeting rooms and booking system
  • Internal and external customer service
  • Assisting property managers with enquiries
  • Incoming mail distribution & outgoing mail and couriers
  • Reconcile Australia Post account on a monthly basis
  • Reception presentation upkeep
  • Assisting with catering and set up for social functions
  • Staff amenities management
  • Ad hoc projects as required
  • General administrative duties
  • Light kitchen duties
  •  Candidate Criteria:

  • Previous reception experience essential
  • Strong presentation skills as you are the FACE of the company
  • Confident personality to manage enquires professionally
  • Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise workload
