The Doctor Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the development and implementation of creative recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract, screen, recruit and select highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill doctor opportunities at GenesisCare. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for fully utilizing multiple recruiting resources (job boards, social media, career web sites, professional organizations, training programs and other possible channels) to source, recruit, interview, qualify and hire doctors to work at GenesisCare. This is a permanent role
Your key responsibilities:
Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally including Global CMO, Australia CMO, General Managers, CMC Chairs and doctors.
Develop staffing plan to guide recruitment efforts by mapping out projected open positions, and risk/growth areas.
Continuously evaluate new avenues to source candidates: conferences, databases, websites, and forums to stay abreast of a competitive market.
Identify and implement process improvement to streamline recruitment timelines.
Regularly produce reports for leadership to evaluate and assess doctor recruiting practices against business needs to ensure alignment.
Develop trainee strategy and program including management of relationship with targeted training programs, including presentations and communication regarding GC technology, research, advancements and innovations.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database through creative sourcing, including networking, job board, direct outreach, and social media utilisation. Manage the relationship with all prospective doctors in partnership with CMC Chair and GM.
Full life cycle recruitment of all Australia doctors including sourcing, reviewing, screening, and recommending candidates to leadership, ensuring communication and timely follow up, reference checking, applicant tracking, hiring documents, offer negotiations, credentialing information and training materials.
Build relationships with General Managers and CMC Chairs to thoroughly understand position specifications, candidate qualifications, timeline, interview process.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of doctor or executive level recruitment related experience
Data analysis expertise
Experience in fast-paced, high growth organization
Sound decision making ability.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Independent and motivated individual who requires minimal supervision has strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
Aggressive with strong desire to succeed, goal oriented and proven experience to compete and thrive in a challenging environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Doctor or Executive recruitment experience
