About this role

Driving the key values of the organisation, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager for the purposes of Recruitment, managing and maintaining our casual workforce.

Business Development and sales involving client meetings, networking, focus on small to medium companies focusing on Temp to Perm recruitment solutions

Development of relationships to leverage opportunities

Start to end recruitment of potential permanent + temp opportunities in a wide variety of industries

Working closely with hiring managers to ensure securing best candidates for their roles.

To be considered for this role; you will need to demonstrate:

Strong Sales experience who specialise in white collar industry

Enthusiastic and Passionate about Recruitment thereby people, helping people find their perfect role that helps them achieve new skills and development.

Agency experience ideal

Ability to build remarkable rapport with internal stakeholders, clients and candidates

Manages time and productivity with clear accountable targets.
