THE COMPANY

Our client is an award-winning Perth-based property developer, who specialise in delivering luxury apartments in Perth’s top locations. You will be working in a new beautiful office space where your opinions and ideas are invited and appreciated.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Work with the team to create and implement project marketing strategies

Coordinate marketing activity across various mediums

Work with the marketing team to ensure the sales team has required marketing material and that this is kept up-to-date

Event coordination and support at grand openings, buyer nights, and VIP functions

Assist with reporting to key stakeholders including investors

Work with Marketing Director to track marketing expenditures against project budgets

Stakeholder management with internal staff and external clients

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

Marketing, Communications or Journalism degree/qualifications

Two years experience in a similar role

Property development, real estate, or building industry knowledge is desirable

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns

Detail and task orientated

Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously

Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
