Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled eCommerce Manager with a strong background in digital marketing to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will lead a team of e-commerce specialists and be responsible for improving the overall user experience across multiple web platforms, including social media. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will have a can-do mindset, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be experienced in data analysis.

This hands-on role is based in North Brisbane and will require a strategic problem solver who can proactively identify performance bottlenecks and ensure each business meets its predetermined growth targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing an eCommerce platform, all other company websites, paid digital advertising, SEO performance, and work with internal stakeholders to drive online awareness in line with pre-determined strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of eCommerce and digital marketing specialists. 

Manage the company’s eCommerce platform and integrated systems.

Oversee all company websites, including rebuilding them in line with the latest web development trends.

Manage paid digital advertising, including Google Ads and social advertising.

Improve SEO performance to increase organic website traffic.

Establish and manage relationships with all relevant vendors and agencies.

Identify and solve performance bottlenecks and strategic problems proactively.

Ensure team availability to maintain functioning eCommerce platforms.

Carry out regular data analysis and establish reporting programs to monitor key metrics.

Collaborate with the marketing team and Group Marketing on other projects as directed.

Key Requirements:

At least 5 years of senior eCommerce or Marketing experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong data analysis skills.

A passion for achieving business objectives.

Experience with Shopify and WordPress.

Experience with Email and SMS campaigns, such as Klaviyo, Active Campaign, or Omnisend.

Moderate coding, liquid, and ruby experience is highly regarded.

A can-do mindset.
