We are looking for a passionate, hardworking Marketing Coordinator that can join our amazing team as we move the gears up a notch and get excited about what the year has to offer. Working from our modern and well-situated Brisbane Corporate office, you will have the opportunity to add value to an already high performing marketing team.

This is a great career opportunity for someone who has had some experience working in marketing and wants the opportunity to support and work across multiple layers of the marketing function. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Be the ‘gate keeper’ of the CART (internal request tool) and action local area support for all properties across the ANZ region as required, working closely with the design team
  • Support the Marketing Managers on key tasks and projects as required, this could include tactical campaigns, artwork requests and general admin support
  • Audit and monitor MHzone (internal image/brand library), in support with the design team, ensuring it is up to date and readily available for the wider business to access.
  • Copy creation as required
  • Support the PR & Comms Manager as required, this may include but not limited to organising famils, influencers stays and report admin
  • Support with social media, including creation, posting, and reporting where required
  • Manage property print collateral levels, ensuring efficient stock levels are always available
  • Take ownership of the marketing inbox and action/direct as required
  • Qualifications

  • A relevant degree or existing marketing experience
  • Well-rounded marketing skills and understanding across all channels
  • Experience in managing and delivering successful marketing campaigns that achieve strategic goals, ROI and revenue targets
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with current social media platforms and evolving trends
  • Excellent time management with the versatility and adaptability to work simultaneously on a variety of projects
