This opportunity
We’ll be providing a list of brand new and Cross Sell customers for you to be uploaded into a dialer to call every day. You’ll be pitching to customers everyday trying to win their mobile or fixed broadband business and more. This role plays an integral part in our SMB channel that sits within the wider Enterprise, Government and Wholesale Division.
Responsibilities
You’ll be curious about exploring the customer needs, understanding their perspective and tailoring your advice based on what you’ve heard You’ll be skilled at objection handling You’ll be nurturing your customers from prospects through to closed sale. You’ll learn from every conversation and be updating Salesforce with every piece of information You’ll send emails to customers outlining the propositions for mobiles and fixed You’ll be conducting follow-ups throughout your day You’ll be trained in product, customer segments and propositions Systems training on the dialer Salesforce Prospects to Opportunity training You’ll provide insights and feedback on the lists provided You’ll also be getting sales leads through inbound calls and leads coming in off the website We are all responsible for taking reasonable care of our own safety and wellbeing at work, and to avoid adversely affecting the safety and wellbeing of another person at work. Quick to learn product knowledge and be able to educate customers Outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude The drive to excel and exceed targets/KPIs Highly desirable to have a minimum of 1 years experience in a contact centre Highly desirable to have a minimum of 1yr selling Fixed and Mobility products Benefits and perks
