Priding themselves on their standard of quality and distinctive beauty, their goal is to continuously deliver on exceeding customers expectations.  About the Jole Role: Based at their Claremont Boutique, we are looking for a service driven leader that enjoys a balance of customer interactions, team coaching, store operations and merchandising. Enjoy a set Sunday-Thursday roster plus a 3 day weekend every month for that life balance! Support your Store Manager and mentor a team of 6 to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst maintaining a creative and visually appealing boutique.  What you will Need:

Leadership experience in a boutique environment

Passion for consultative customer service

Passion to lead and inspire your team

Driven to achieve kpis and sales targets 

Strong visual merchandising skills and creativity
