About the Role
With a well-established presence in Australia, our client is undergoing a significant growth phase and
is now seeking an exceptional person to be part of this exciting opportunity, the difference is
the customer experience, and this role is pivotal in driving this culture across existing and potential
commercial and residential partners across South Australia.
Offering a diverse and different approach to commercial and residential network
of specialist partners by promoting brand equity. Identifying prospective new business opportunities,
forming, and maintaining a commercial and domestic builder network are all part of the daily role, we can
guarantee no two days will be the same.

What we are looking for

  • Account management, HVAC product sales training through key market channels.
  • Maintaining and developing existing and new commercial accounts/customers.
  • Maintaining and developing existing and new mechanical consultants.
  • Identify new market opportunities and growth opportunities using internal data such as BCI and other
  • industry intel.
  • Establish, develop, and nurture relationships with new and existing specialist partners.
  • Implement & deliver sales plans.
  • Coordinate marketing strategies tailored for individual accounts.
  • Analyse existing and potential partner needs.
  • Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective partners.
  • Achieve sales targets and budgets.
  • Provide high level of customer service across all functions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and opposition activity and communicate back to the business.
  • Position Requirements

  • 3 + years of local HVAC experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrable proof of strategic account & territory management.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive, professional key relationships with clients.
  • Possess a flair for client communications and understanding of consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • A good knowledge of current technology trends & the Australian competitive landscape.
  • Proven willingness to learn and improve.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
