 We are seeking expressions of interest from true hoteliers who are excited to join Crown Hotels as Bell Services Attendant/ Valet Porter .  We are offering Part Time roles across our three properties – Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade.

This position requires an unrestricted Australian Drivers licence. 

As a Bell Services Attendant your role will comprise of a combination of Porter and Valet Attendant duties. Being the first point of contact for our guests you will greet them upon arrival and departure;deliver, collect and store luggage;explain room amentities and valet park guests vehicles. You will also be responsible for controlling, directing and ensuring safe vehicle and pedestrian movement on the hotel driveway.

If this sounds like you, in addition to being friendly and professional, you will: 

Be available to work days, weekends and nights

Be familiar with the Microsoft Software

Previous experience providing exceptional customer service

Ability to maintain a very high level of confidentiality

A Manual or Automatic Australian Drivers Licence
