We are now looking for a permanent part time and casual café assistant to come join the team of foodies at Gungalin Leisure Centre. We are looking for a foodie who is passionate about giving our patrons the best service while delivering great quality food and coffee. Working a minimum of 17 hours per week for the part-time role you will enjoy the flexibility of working afternoons 3pm-7pm and either Saturday or Sunday from 8am-4pm. The Casual position will provide you with a variety of shifts across the opening hours of the centre including weekends.

About your new role:

You will work amongst a small team of foodies, which will control, manage and coordinate the Cafe area at our Aquatic centre.

It is essential Cafe Assistants handle food with care and monitor use by dates on all food. Working with the Cafe Coordinator, you will aid in ordering all essential food, which may be required. Cleaning and presentation is expected to be of high standard.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

CPR

Food Handling certificate (Preferred)

Previous Café or similar experience

Barista experience
