Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

  • Embark on our global on-boarding program (entry-level only), coupled with locally designed training & development sessions designed to give you all of the tools you need to be a successful recruiter
  • Build and execute a strategy for marketing mapping and business development, ensuring the largest commercial return from your specialist recruitment desk
  • Manage the full recruiting sales cycle, generating clients and helping them find, hire, and retain quality talent
  • Initiate and maintain long term relationships with businesses and leadership teams who are looking to hire
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of active and passive candidates, fostering long term relationships and helping them build their careers

The Successful Applicant

You will have:

  • A track record of success in recruitment, sales or business development
  • Tenacity and a natural drive for engaging with customers and building relationships
  • A commercial mindset and ability to identify sound business opportunities
  • High resilience and excellent objection handling skills
