Citywide are currently seeking 2 Recruiters to join our People & Culture Team on 6 month Fixed Term contracts . We are looking for an experienced Recruiter who can make an immediate impact and a Junior who is looking to develop their skills or start their recruitment journey!

This is a busy role that will see you recruiting for vacancies across the business and juggling multiple tasks – including liaising with Hiring Managers, building talent pools and shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and progressing applications through to commencement of onboarding.

Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience in a Recruitment or Administration role

Previous experience using Page Up (desirable)

The ability to meet short deadlines while maintaining high quality results

Strong technical skills using Microsoft Office

A proven ability and demonstrable track record of delivering results

Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders

Strong ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) to both internal and external stakeholders

Experience in having delivered outstanding customer service
